Teyseer Services Company, Qatar conducted monthly awarding ceremony at Midmac Abunakla camp on 28th October 2020.   The Program was kickstarted with Safety talk by Mr.Narayan Prasad Gaoudel,Teyseer's Location Manager of that site. Mr.Francois Pujo, General Manager and Mr.Ganesh Shenoy, HR Manager delivered motivational talks. Teyseer Services Company launched CSTP program for developing their Chefs

  In order to enhance the skills levels of its exceedingly performing Chefs to international standards, Teyseer Services Company launched a novel training initiative in culinary sciences. STL to hire 300-400 people in FY21 for 5G, wireless ecosystem and services biz

  Data network solutions provider  Sterlite Technologies  will hire about 300-400 professionals this fiscal for growth areas of 5G and wireless ecosystem and to support its plans to take services business global, Group CEO Anand Agarwal has said. The company will hire professionals with requisite experience as well as freshers for these growth areas. “We are strengthening our ecosystem that we speak about, our wireless and 5G ecosystem, so clearly on that front we are continuing with a strong level of hiring,” Agarwal told PTI. Part of the hiring is also in view of the company’s plans to take its services business global, in markets of the Middle East and Europe. “We are continuing on our strategic path and we are not letting the current slowdown in the economy or whatever is happening on COVID, to impact our overall long-term strategic roadmap,” he said.   Get ready for airport-like stations as  Indian Railways  is all set to introduce five ultra-modern stations in Bihar! The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) to redevelop a total of five railway stations in the state of Bihar under East Central Railway zone. The stations that will be redeveloped under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model as commercial hubs are Rajendra Nagar Terminal, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Begusarai, and Singrauli. According to details shared by RLDA, these railway stations will be equipped with state-of-the-art amenities such as restaurants, food plaza, parking zones with links to station platforms, cafeteria, Internet, shopping areas as well as medical emergency booth among others in order to offer the best services and experiences to passengers. Hepatitis drugs may be effective against Covid-19: Study

  New research adds to the growing body of evidence that sofosbuvir and daclatasvir, a drug combination commonly used for the treatment of hepatitis C, can improve clinical outcomes in patients with moderate or severe Covid-19. Three studies, published in Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy, researched the use of sofosbuvir and daclatasvir for the treatment of Covid-19. These three studies come from Iran, which has developed its own pill containing sofosbuvir and daclatasvir, and is in a position to test this in a large clinical trial as Iran is a massively impacted country, reporting some 2,500 cases and 200 deaths a day. "Despite the encouraging initial results, it is too early to reach a verdict. Larger, well-designed studies are required to confirm our results," said Shahin Merat, the lead author of one of the Journal of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy articles, from Tehran University in Iran.   The Russian government has reached out to India seeking a collaboration for manufacturing its COVID-19 vaccine Sputnik V' and conducting its phase 3 clinical trial here, sources said. According to government sources, the matter was discussed by the national expert group on vaccine administration for COVID-19 in its meeting held on August 22. Sputnik V has been developed by the Gamaleya Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology along with the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF). The vaccine has not been tested in phase 3 or larger clinical trials. There has been scepticism in some quarters about limited data related to the efficacy of the vaccine.
